Meeting Called to Order: 7:05 p.m.
*Topic of Discussion – Coaches Meeting. All coaches were asked to attend coaches meeting. New High School Baseball coach was introduced. Items discussed:
*Topic of Discussion – Clinics. Coach Henry would like to work with the club to provide clinics for pitching/catching, coach’s clinics covering hitting, pitching, and fielding.
*Topic of Discussion – 14U. Coach Henry will be holding a second players meeting on Tuesday to determine numbers for High School teams. After meeting it will be decided if the 14U players will be called up.
*Topic of Discussion – Batting Cages. High School will be using the cages on Monday and Saturday. Until a new softball coach is hired any other time is open for the club use. Maury will work with the coaches to arrange hitting times for each team. All paperwork will need to be completed prior to use of the cages. New lighting has been added and currently there are two cages for use and room for work on T’s.
*Topic of Discussion – Coaches Manuals. Coach’s manuals were handed out. All information in manual was discussed (exp. Tournament, uniforms, paperwork, USSSA rules, CCABC by-laws, and fundraisers.).
*Topic of Discussion – USSSA Team Registration. All coaches were provided refunds for team registration.
*Topic of Discussion – Slim’s Fundraiser. Shifts were divided up based on the number of teams. A draw was held to determine shift times each team will take. Teams must provide the appropriate number of volunteers to benefit from fundraiser. If for some reason a team cannot come up with volunteers, please let Mike O. know as soon as possible.

*Topic of Discussion – Uniforms. Uniform fitting dates will be held from Jan 26th – Feb 2nd. All players must be fitted for uniform during that time. Payment is due at the time of fitting. Uniform includes: shirt, hat, and pants. Additional items will be available for purchase at the parent’s discretion. Coaches to provide players numbers to Marci A. no later than Jan 21st.
*Topic of Discussion – 2nd Installment of Club Fees. Board discussed pushing back the second installment to March 1st since uniforms will need to be paid for at time of fitting. MOTION: New dues installment date of 3/1 at which time $150 due. VOTE: 5-0 passed.
